You are also prohibited from using the generated images or outputs for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models or creating a competing or similar service.

Data Storage and Deletion

While we strive to maintain the security and integrity of the data generated through our services, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data that may occur. In the event that a user cancels their subscription, we reserve the right to delete any data associated with the user's account.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lukezsmith, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Alertbnb, including, but not limited to, claims related to copyright infringement or intellectual property rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of Alertbnb are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
